Today is International Women's Day, a global day celebrating women's social, economic, cultural, and political achievements.
And we will give you some tips that everyone, regardless of gender and age, to help curve one of women's leading sources of anxiety.

The percentage of women in the workforce may not have changed much over the past several decades, but their roles have grown.
Women comprise 47.2% of all employed persons in Australia; 25.8% of all employed persons are women working full-time, and 21.4% work part-time. Women constitute 37.9% of all full-time employees and 67.2% of all part-time employees - Gender workplace statistics 2020
Women made up just over a third of all Australian business operators (34% or 668,670 women). - There has been a 46% increase in the number of women business operators over the past two decades. - More than two in five women business operators were aged 40-54 (44%).
70% of mothers with children under 18 participate in the labour force, with over 75 percent employed full time.
Mothers are the primary or sole earners for 40 percent of households with children under 18 today.
58.7% of women have earned a bachelor's degree by age 29.
According to data from the United States Bureau of Labour Statistics, although women can vote, study, and have better work opportunities, one thing remains the same. Anxiety over housework is a real problem.
Regardless of gender, it can be challenging to keep a spotless home when balancing your career and want to have a modicum of quality of life.

Ask each member of the family to pitch in and assign age-appropriate chores.
Know which chores you can take care of quickly
Do a quarterly clean-out for the house and garden, not forgetting your garage too. The less junk, the better frame of mind you will be in and the easier it will be to do other tasks.
